Ingredients | Lemon White Wine Sauce For Chicken½ cup chicken broth¼ cup white wine½ lemon, juiced1 tablespoon minced shallot1 clove garlic, minced¼ cup butter1 pound sea scallops1 tablespoon olive oilsalt and pepper to tasteDirectionsPreheat the oven broiler.In a skillet over medium heat, mix the chicken broth, wine, lemon juice, shallot, and garlic.
